Amazon's CEO says he is working on a package to cut 18,000 jobs, cutting costs.
According to the company's chief executive, only six percent of the company's three lakh strong corporate workforce will be cut.
According to Amazon, employees are being offered packages that include severance pay, interim health insurance benefits.
