Karachi's Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) declared Agha Mansoor Hussain as an admonisher. who appeared before the Judicial Magistrate of District East on Monday morning and submitted to voluntary arrest.
Bisma Saleem, a blogger, and Dua Mangi, a law student, were abducted from Karachi's DHA area on May 12, 2019 and November 30, 2019, respectively.
Dua Mangi was abducted when she went to eat at a restaurant with her friend Haris Soomro while Bisma Saleem was abducted from outside her house.

On July 30, 2020, the Anti-Terrorism Court II issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Agha Mansoor Hussain on the charge of being the alleged mastermind behind the kidnapping of Dua Mangi and Bisma Saleem for ransom.
On January 23, 2021, ATC-2 indicted 5 accused including two kidnappers and declared Agha Mansoor Hussain as an advertising criminal.
Agha Mansoor, a former assistant sub-inspector of Karachi police, was named as the mastermind behind the abduction of Dua Mangi and Bisma Saleem, but Mansoor Hussain had already been dismissed for his alleged involvement in criminal activities.
The anti-terrorism court sent Agha Mansoor Hussain to jail on judicial remand.
